  • About You

  • This form helps us get to know you a bit and figure out who’ll benefit most from joining us this year.

There are no “right” answers. Just be honest and share what you feel comfortable with. This will help us put together a group that will work well together throughout the programme.

You can scroll through the pages on this form to see what questions are coming up, or download the PDF version from our website to fill in by hand and send back.

If you want to fill in this form in stages, click 'save' and carry on later.

Please get in touch with Harri if you need any help filling this in. harri@thebirchcollective.co.uk

  • More about You

  • We're going to ask some more questions about you. Some information we need to know, some is optional. All information you share will be kept confidential by The Birch Collective.

We ask for this information with the aim of making Camp Birch as welcoming and representative as possible. We prioritise places for people who are under-represented in nature and wellbeing spaces, and we want to understand and meet people's needs as best we can.

Do you identify with any of the following backgrounds, identities, or life experiences?

  • Just so you know, we prioritise applicants who’ve attended one of our sessions—it's a great way to get to know us before committing, and means you're more likely to enjoy the programme.

Look out for an email from us when you've filled in this form, it'll contain details on how to join sessions in Bristol before applications close on July 16th.

  • Pay as You Can

We have been generously funded for this camp. This means we can offer a hugely subsidised rate to those who need it. There's no 'right' answer to this question as we are looking for a range of people from all payment bands to come. If a free place is the best fit for you, Harri will be in touch to arrange a call to discuss whether there's any additional support useful for you to access the programme.
