  • Thank you for your interest in participating in the Jacaranda Festival Herberton 2025.

    We invite you to now follow the steps below to complete your application.
  • 1 - Please read our Vendor Guidelines here
    If you would like a copy emailed to you, please send your request to: jacfestmarkets@gmail.com

    2 - Please complete and submit this Vendor Application Form, Emergency Contacts & Waiver of Liability.

    3 - Please email a copy of your Insurance Certificate of Currency and Food License (where applicable) to: jacfestmarkets@gmail.com

    4 - Please make your payment via EFT to:

    Account No: 64140418
    Please use your Business Name or Surname that appears on your application below as the Reference when making payment.

    Your application will only be complete when all of the above 4 steps have been completed and received by our Market Co-ordinator.

    Our Market Co-ordinator will contact you by email to confirm your application and discuss any further details with you.

    Site Allocations will be sent out by email closer to the event along with set up times etc.

    Fees: 
    Vendor Space: $30.00 per 3m x 3m (incl. GST), each vendor to provide their own marquee, table, chairs. Powered sites are minimal so please advise if required.

    Food/Coffee Van: $40.00 (incl. GST) Food venders are requested to allow for their
    own power/silent generator wherever possible
