Volunteer Agreement

This Volunteer Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Saving People Inc., a non-profit organization ("Organization"), and [Volunteer Name] ("Volunteer") on [Date].

1. Services: The Volunteer agrees to provide voluntary services to the Organization as a volunteer. The Volunteer agrees to perform tasks assigned by the Organization and to abide by all rules, policies, and procedures of the Organization.

2. Term: The Volunteer agrees to serve as a volunteer for a period of [Start Date] to [End Date], unless terminated earlier by either party.

3. Confidentiality: The Volunteer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all privileged information, data, and materials shared during the course of volunteering, and not to disclose this information to any third party during or after the term of volunteer services.

4. Release of Liability: The Volunteer hereby releases and forever discharges the Organization, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of the Volunteer's services as a volunteer, whether caused by the negligence of the Organization or otherwise.

5. No Health Insurance or Benefits: The Volunteer acknowledges that they are not an employee of the Organization and are not entitled to receive any health insurance, workers' compensation, or other employee benefits through the Organization.

6. No Financial Assistance: The Volunteer acknowledges that no financial assistance will be provided by the Organization during or after the term of volunteer services.

7. Incident Liability: The Volunteer acknowledges and agrees that if any injury, harm, or incident occurs to them while volunteering at the Organization's office or outside activities, the Organization shall not be held liable, and the Volunteer shall not be entitled to claim any compensation or benefits.

8. Non-Disparagement: The Volunteer agrees not to make any negative or disparaging remarks about the Organization during or after the term of volunteer services.

9. Use of Organizational Property: The Volunteer agrees to use any organizational property or resources assigned to them solely for the purpose of performing volunteer duties and agrees to return all such property upon the termination of this Agreement.

10. Representation: The Volunteer represents that they are under no contractual or other restrictions that would prevent them from entering into this Agreement or performing the services as a volunteer.

11. Indemnification: The Volunteer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organization, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of the Volunteer's performance of services under this Agreement.

12. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason with written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Volunteer will return any Organization property in their possession.

13. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State].

14. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
