Thank you in advance for giving us feedback! This survey is only meant for those who have NEVER been a member of any of our book subscriptions. Please note that our current subscriptions are only for adults; we do not and have not ever offered any children's book subscriptions. We really value what you think and will use this feedback to make our subscription as enjoyable as possible. Five respondents will be selected at random on August 15 to receive a $10 gift card to Literati Bookstore that we can hold for you at the store or mail to you.
