Advocate Loan Set Request

Selkirk Advocates, we want to support your efforts to host a successful Demo Day with newly launched products. Selkirk is now offering a set of eight paddles from our recent launches to help support your Demo Days!

You don't need to purchase them, just complete this form and introduce your players to these new paddles! Then return them Selkirk after completion of the Demo Day so we can pass them along to another Advocate. We will include a prepaid return label with the demo paddles.

You will receive an assortment of different paddle types and shapes from Selkirk's most recent launches.

This package is only available to Advocates in the United States.

By accepting delivery of the products provided by Selkirk Sport, LLC (“Selkirk” or the "Company") for demonstration purposes, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Purpose of Loan

The products provided are intended solely for the purpose of conducting authorized demonstrations. Ownership of the products remains exclusively with the Company at all times.

2. Return Obligations

All products must be returned to the Company within 5 business days following a request from Selkirk or the conclusion of the scheduled demonstration period, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Shipping and Handling

Unless otherwise specified, the Company will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

Products must be returned in their original packaging (where possible) and in the same condition as received, barring normal wear and tear associated with a standard demonstration. You are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packaged for transit.

4. Non-Return and Damage Fees

By accepting these products, you acknowledge and agree that if products are not returned within the specified timeframe or are returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear, you authorize the Company to charge the account on file for the fair market value (“FMV”) of the missing or damaged products. FMV is determined by the Company based on documented outbound condition and current retail standards.

5. Liability

You assume all risk of loss or damage to the products while in your possession or control. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the use or demonstration of the products provided to you.

6. Governing Law, Venue, and Severability
This agreement is governed by Idaho law, with courts located in Kootenai County as the exclusive venue. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in full effect.

Acceptance of Terms

Accepting the shipment of products constitutes a formal agreement to these terms. No signature is required for these terms to be enforceable upon the receipt of goods.
