    Thank you for your interest in the CDC Academy, hosted by the United Faith Coalition. The CDC Academy is designed to empower faith-based Community Development Corporations (CDCs) across Los Angeles County by enhancing leadership, nonprofit management skills, and organizational capacity. Through this hybrid program, participating organizations will develop a clear roadmap for scaling their mission, building sustainable operations, and creating long-term community impact. The Academy will serve up to 10 organizations, with a minimum of two representatives from each to encourage diverse perspectives and foster collaborative learning. Monthly sessions will provide consistent support, equipping CDCs with the tools, strategies, and peer network needed for continued growth and transformation.
