  • Please complete this form to request the use of ArrowBrooke’s common areas for your event. Approval is subject to availability and community guidelines.

    Note that submitting this form does not guarantee event approval or exclusive use of the area. Usage of the area is at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors, who may request additional information or set conditions for use.

  • Pool Guidelines

    These are the guidelines specifically for inside gated pool areas.
  • • Requests must be submitted at least 14 days in advance, and no more than 90 days prior to the event

    • Submission of a request does not guarantee approval

    • A non-refundable $100 fee is required to secure/process your booking (due upon approval)

    • Only one party per pool may be scheduled at a time

    • Parties are limited to 5-20 guests and 2 hours

    • Parties are not allowed on holidays or holiday weekends

    • Customized wristbands will be provided for approved guests to access pools

    • No outside vendors (e.g., entertainers, rentals, catering) are allowed

    • All seating is first come, first served and cannot be reserved

    • Hosts are responsible for clean-up and trash removal after the event

    • Homeowners are liable for any damage caused by themselves or their guests

    • No explosives or flammable objects (e.g., fireworks, sparklers, or firecrackers) are allowed on the premises at any time.

    • Please do not move tables or chairs—they must remain accessible to all residents

  • Non-Pool Guidelines

    These are the guidelines for any amenity that is not gated but still Association property.
  • • Requests must be submitted at least 14 days in advance, and no more than 90 days prior to the event

    • Submission of a request does not guarantee approval

    • A non-refundable $100 fee is required to secure/process your booking 

    • Parties are limited to 15-50 guests and 2 hours (if under 15, no form or fee is required)

    • Parties are not allowed on holidays or holiday weekends

    • No outside vendors (e.g., entertainers, rentals, catering) are allowed

    • All areas are first come, first served and cannot be reserved

    • Hosts are responsible for clean-up and trash removal after the event

    • Homeowners are liable for any damage caused by themselves or their guests

    • No explosives or flammable objects (e.g., fireworks, sparklers, or firecrackers) are allowed on the premises at any time.

  • I, the undersigned homeowner, understand and agree to the following:

    • Submitting this form does not guarantee approval of my event, nor does it grant exclusive use of any area within the community.
    • The Board of Directors reserves the right to approve or deny any event request and may require additional details or impose conditions for use.
    • I am responsible for ensuring that all trash and event-related items are removed promptly following the event.
    • I will clean the area used and ensure it is left in good condition. I accept full responsibility for any damage caused by myself or my guests.
    • I will comply with all applicable Association rules and regulations, including those specific to the amenity space used for the event.
    • I understand that common areas remain available to all residents during the event, and no specific tables, seating, or space will be reserved.
    • I am responsible for the behavior and conduct of all guests attending my event. All guests must follow Association rules while using the amenities.
    • No outside vendors (including entertainers, caterers, rental equipment, or similar services) or large decorations may be brought into the amenity space unless explicitly approved by the Association in writing.
    • I agree to submit the $100.00 non-refundable deposit no later than 48 hours after receiving an approval email/invoice from the Association.
    • I may be required to have an off-duty Elm Ridge police officer present at the event, as requested by the Association.
