I, the undersigned, grant Weaver Fundraising, LLC, and its affiliates (Trail’s End/Jamboree), partners, representatives, designees, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Weaver”)

• My name, voice, likeness and any media (videos, audio, photos, quotes, information or text, etc.) that I provide to Weaver or that Weaver creates featuring my name, voice, likeness, or media (“Content”).

The permission applies to all public commercial marketing materials of Weaver, such as websites, social media, print, audio, and video (“Marketing Materials”). Weaver may use and modify my Content (e.g., edit, crop, or excerpt), in whole or in part, in its discretion. Weaver will not modify my Content to alter the intended meaning of such Content.
