SportClips MVP SCHOLARSHIP NOMINATION FORM
PROGRAM INFORMATION
- Students, parents and representatives from each school (i.e., principal, athletic director, assistant principals, teachers, etc.) may submit nominees.
- All High School Seniors participating in CHSAA Sports or Activites in the state of Colorado may apply to this scholarship. This includes:
  - Student Athletes
  - Student Activity Participants
  - E-Sports
  - Music
  - Student Leadership
  - Speech & Debate
- There will be 6 finalists chosen after the submission deadline. 3-Male Finalists and 3-Female Finalists.
- 2 Scholarships will be Awarded
  1 Male
  1 Female
  - Two $2,500 Scholarships
SCHOLARSHIP SUBMISSION DEADLINE: February 19, 2026
CRITERIA
1. Student must be a senior attending a CHSAA member school
2. Student must be a participant in a minimum of one CHSAA sanctioned sports and/or activity.
3. Student must be in good academic standing
4. Student exhibits excellence as an MVP in all areas of life, at and away from school.
