SportClips MVP SCHOLARSHIP NOMINATION FORM
PROGRAM INFORMATION
Students, parents and representatives from each school (i.e., principal, athletic director, assistant principals, teachers, etc.) may submit nominees.
All High School Seniors participating in CHSAA Sports or Activites in the state of Colorado may apply to this scholarship. This includes:
Student Athletes
Student Activity Participants
E-Sports
Music
Student Leadership
Speech & Debate
There will be 6 finalists chosen after the submission deadline. 3-Male Finalists and 3-Female Finalists.
2 Scholarships will be Awarded

Two $2,500 Scholarships
SCHOLARSHIP SUBMISSION DEADLINE: February 19, 2026
CRITERIA
Student must be a senior attending a CHSAA member school
Student must be a participant in a minimum of one CHSAA sanctioned sports and/or activity.
Student must be in good academic standing
Student exhibits excellence as an MVP in all areas of life, at and away from school.
