Registration Agreement

If your project is selected, you may be required to provide additional photography of the design, build, and construction process. As a participant, you agree that additional photographic content is available and you're able to submit it upon request.

By participating, you retain the rights to your work, while granting Aquascape, Inc. unrestricted, royalty-free usage of all information and photos. Aquascape will have full usage rights for marketing or promotional activities.

A submission will not necessarily guarantee inclusion in the book.
Limited Copyright License Agreement

This License Agreement is made on {currentDate} between {companyName} hereinafter referred to as Licensor, and Aquascape, Inc. hereinafter referred to as Licensee. As Licensor, you ensure that you own the photos/videos and have the right to grant a license for their use.

Whereas, Licensor and Licensee hereby agree to the following:
Licensee is granted a license in perpetuity for any images/videos that Licensor submits to Licensee through its online form.
Use of these images/videos is not limited and can be used for social media, print publications, digital publications, and anywhere else that Licensee deems appropriate.

Licensor and Licensee agree to the following additional terms:
Licensor retains all copyright and moral rights to each image. Licensor also retains all rights not expressed in the agreement including advertising rights. Licensee may not transfer this license to other parties without written permission from Licensor. Licensee has the right to alter images as necessary.
