    1. Life, Risk & Medical Insurance Structuring, Finance Structuring, Generalised Kiwisaver Advice, Personal Fire and General Insurance Structuring (“Financial Services”);
    2. Periodically determining your eligibility for Financial Services you are seeking;
    3. Informing you from time to time about products and/or services;
    4. Completing quality control services, management of complaints and/or meeting
    regulatory obligations, including monitoring by third party service providers and the
    Financial Markets Authority.


    Your information will be held securely and will not be provided to any party outside of this authorisation without your written consent.
    You have the right to assess and correct any personal information that Story Financial Group Limited holds about you now or at any stage in the future.
