Art Warrior Event Artist Agreement

By participating in the Art Warrior event, you (the Artist) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Ownership of Artwork
- The Artist agrees that any artwork created during the Art Warrior event becomes the property of Art Warrior, including all associated rights.
- Art Warrior reserves the right to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and sell the artwork in any form or medium, including but not limited to promotional materials, exhibitions, and commercial purposes.
Use of Images and Likeness
- The Artist grants Art Warrior the right to photograph, film, or otherwise record their likeness, image, and participation during the event.
- Art Warrior may use these images, videos, and recordings for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes in perpetuity, without further compensation or approval.
- The Artist waives any claims of privacy or compensation related to the use of their image or likeness as outlined above.
Acknowledgment of Participation
- By signing this agreement, the Artist acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions and understands their legal obligations under this agreement.
