VENDOR CONTRACT / TERMS & CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ FULLY
* I will follow all rules of FAMEUS inside and out and will be responsible for any damage or trash I may cause to venue/or property. I will be charged on the spot of any damages and I will be charged $10 on the spot for any trash left in my assigned spot, I will be banned as well.
* We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may prompt a reassessment of your plans. However, it's important to understand that we have a strict no-refund & Non-transferable to another event date policy in place, regardless of the situation. This includes vendor cancellations and no shows. This includes summer events - it will be at your own risk. No refunds or transfers!
* Same day cancellations and no shows will not be accepted in future markets.
* In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule an event for any reason, your payment will not be lost. We will be providing a new future date, you will be given the option to move your funds to said event. And only then.
* I am aware that selling items not listed and/or unapproved may result in me not being able to stay for the duration of the event and may be banned from future events regardless if payment was made.
* I acknowledge that DURING the FAMEUS event, the solicitation or promotion of any non-FAMEUS events is strictly prohibited. We encourage to only promote the FAMEUS during the event. I understand that failure to comply with this policy may result in disqualification from participating in future FAMEUS events.
* Its prohibited to bring or sneak in another vendor under my booth, if caught we will charge you another $100 dollars for the other vendor and have you removed.
* All displays MUST be safely constructed with weights. Must be a minimum of 40 pounds per leg. Secure canopies,tarps,signs,display materials, and merchandise at all times. In the event that if my vendor booth were to fly away and cause damages to someone or something I the vendor will be held liable.
(FAMEUS insurance will not cover this.)
* I am aware that FAMEUS does not provide any type of equipment or electricity. I am responsible for all equipment to set up my booth
* If slanted tent is put up on the day of the event, you will be charged $100 on the spot. To prevent that make sure you have a straight leg or rent it through the 3rd party that we work with.
* I am aware I must arrive and set-up at 5:00-6:00PM and break down after 10:30 pm.
* I understand if i show up at 6:00 or after i will not be allowed to vend. No exceptions, refunds, or moved to future dates.
* I understand that I am not allowed to pack up and leave early, If i do I am banned from vending at future FAMEUS.
* Spaces are approximately 10x10 and both canopy and merchandise MUST fit within the boundary of the assigned space.If your tent is larger then a 10x10 you will be asked to leave the event. Please refrain from hosting family or camping activities around your tent area.
* I am aware that there may be a similar business/category as mine.
* I understand FAMEUS maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any mistreatment of vendors or staff. FAMEUS reserves the right to remove individuals from a vendor list or a event without refund at any time for violating this policy.
* I understand that FAMEUS will be promoting the events. It is strongly suggested that I promote my business prior to the event date.
* 702Market cannot promise specific results for any event. Each vendor is expected to have a professional setup,maintain politeness, and remain positive throughout the event.
* Please note that submitting this application does not guarantee you a spot. If you do not receive an approval through social media, we encourage you to apply for our next market!
* Vendor fees must be paid immediately when receiving an approval message. This is in order to hold your spot for the event. Approval message is for the date you are applying for!
* I understand that if I do not make payment once recieved approval my application will be discarded.
* We reserve the right to deny & terminate service or participation to any business/vendor even if dues have been paid to FAMEUS.
* Please not that any photos/videos taken during the event by FAMEUS will be used for promotional purposes.
Prohibited items
1.Drug related paraphernalia.
2.Ammunition,flammables,explosives,fireworks,or other dangerous items.
3.Pornographic or adult-themed merchandise.
4.Merchandise being counterfeit trademarks or merchandise that infringes on copyrighted designs or materials.
5.The sale of pets or animals.
6.Pharmaceuticals of any kind
