            • Pop Up Dance Party is owned by Jett Fast Hauling LLC. 

              ALL POP UP DANCE PARTY ATTENDEES MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND HAVE A STATE ISSUED ID. 

              ALL POP UP DANCE PARTY ATTENDEES MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE WITH A STATE ID TO PURCHASE ALCOHOL FROM THE ON SITE POP UP DANCE PARTY LLC VENDOR.

              ANYONE ATTEMPTING OR BRINGING ANY TYPE OF WEAPON INTO A POP UP DANCE PARTY WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REMOVED AND REPORTED TO LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT.

              Tickets are non refundable, except when the event is cancelled by Pop Up Dance Party LLC and not rescheduled within 30 days or an event is moved to another town/city that is more than 10 miles from original city limits. Change of address inside of a city/town does not qualify for refunds as Pop Up Dance Party LLC does not advertise or promote a specific location only a specific city/town.

              I hereby give Pop Up Dance Party LLC and its employees, representatives and authorized media organizations permission to photograph, interview and record my likeness and the likeness of my guests for use in audio, video, film or other electronic, digital and printed media. I also give Pop Up Dance Party LLC permission to release photos or recordings of any type to any media outlets including, but not limited to, team social media, YouTube, newspapers and television stations. I understand that neither Pop Up Dance Party LLC nor the media outlet has any obligation to use or compensate me for such rights. I am also aware that I will not receive monetary compensation for my participation, and I waive any right to inspect or approve final use of materials. I agree to release and hold harmless Pop Up Dance Party LLC, its staff, and assignees from any liability or claims of damage, known or unknown, related to such use.

              Pop Up Dance Party LLC has the right to remove or refuse service or entrance to an event to anyone that is violating, has violated or does violate any stated policy of POP Up Dance Party LLC, any local, state or federal law or ordinance, is publicly intoxicated, becomes intoxicated, has in their possession or uses illegal drugs at an event and/or becomes a threat to the safety of themselves, other attendees, staff or guests.

              Anyone that is under the age of 21 that is seen with or consuming alcohol at a Pop Up Dance Party event will be removed from the event and not be allowed to return.

              Anyone that is caught or reasonably presumed to be purchasing alcohol for someone under the age of 21 at a Pop Up Dance Party event will be removed from the event and not be allowed to return.

              All attendees for The Pre-Party must exit the location at 10 pm. Minors under 18 will not be allowed to return. Adults that have accompanied a minor must insure that the minor has safely left the Pop Up Dance Party property. Adults that have purchased a Pop Up Dance Party ticket may stay or return once they have taken minors off the property.
