    The AFP New Orleans Chapter is pleased to provide several scholarships for our Chapter.
  • The Schlakman Family Diversity Scholarship

    The Schlakman Family Diversity Scholarship will pay approximately $900 per year to cover annual dues (Global and Chapter), monthly meetings, and the annual fundraising conference for two (2) recipients each calendar year. Recipients will be individuals from the Greater New Orleans area who come from the BIPOC, LGBTQ, disability and other diverse communities and/or who work for a not-for-profit organization with annual revenues of less than $500,000.
  • The Jonathan Louis AFP New Orleans Conference Scholarship

    The AFP Greater New Orleans Annual Conference awards scholarships annually in memory of former AFPGNO Board Member Jonathan Louis. Three (3) scholarships which will cover the registration cost of the Conference. To qualify for consideration for a Jonathan Louis Fundraising Conference Scholarship, you must be employed as a full-time fundraising professional (at least fifty percent of your time is spent fundraising).This scholarship opportunity is open to members and non-members.  
  • Chapter Membership Scholarship

    The AFP New Orleans Chapter is pleased to provide several scholarships for membership. These scholarships are available for New Membership and Renewals, Associate Membership, Young Professionals, and IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access).
