Celebrate Pride, break a sweat, and build community at Work It OUT with SAVE — a fitness-forward, inclusive event hosted at CrossFit Yellow Falcon! Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, this event is for everyone who wants to move, connect, and uplift LGBTQ+ visibility and wellness.

Expect a high-energy group workout led by certified coaches, followed by time to mingle with fellow community members and learn more about SAVE’s local advocacy. Pride gear is encouraged — let’s bring the rainbow to the weight room!

This is a free community event, open to all fitness levels.

All participants must complete the CrossFit Yellow Falcon liability waiver prior to attending. Fill out the waiver here.
