All guests must be members to visit and book activities (sauna,hiking,camping,events,etc.)

👉 Membership gives you the ability to book activities — it does not include free or unlimited use. Each activity (sauna, camping, hiking, or events) must be booked and paid separately.
🗓️ HOW TO VISIT
1️⃣ Join the PMA by completing this form.
2️⃣ Book your activity before you arrive:
• Camping = overnight stay
• Hiking = short visit or day use
• Sauna = must book and pay for a Sauna Pass (not included)
3️⃣ Check in at the Welcome Kiosk for maps, parking info, and updates.
(QR check-in coming soon — not required now.)

🤝 COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
🤫 Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 9 AM
🚭 No alcohol, smoking, or illegal drugs (unless guided ceremony)
🐕 Dogs:
– Guest dogs must stay leashed
– Resident dogs roam freely; children may be present
– No aggressive or reactive dogs
– Don’t leave dogs unattended
💚 Be kind and respectful — no gossip, entitlement, or disruption.
🌎 ENVIRONMENTAL RULES
Mandala Springs is a USDA Certified Organic Forest Farm. Please help care for the land:
🚶 Stay on marked trails
🦋 Do not feed or disturb wildlife
🍄 No foraging or plant picking
🗑️ Leave No Trace — pack out all trash
🚽 Use composting toilets only
🔥 Fires only in designated fire rings
🚫 No soaps or shampoos in streams or springs
🌿 Use natural repellents and cleaners only
☀️ No chemical sunscreens, pesticides, or sprays
⚖️ WAIVER & AGREEMENT
By joining, you agree that:
• You accept all natural risks (wildlife, terrain, water, fire, etc.)
• You release Mandala Springs, its stewards, and members from any liability for injury or loss
• You understand this is a private community, not a public business
• You acknowledge that the sauna is not included with membership or camping
• Each activity must be booked and paid for separately
• Market & Lounge access requires a Hiking or Camping Pass
• You agree to follow all community and environmental rules
