Other risks generally associated with the use of recreational equipment in an outdoor environment.
These risks may result in the renter or others: falling to the ground or into the water, beingstruck, impacting objects, people or a body of water; experiencing vehicle collisions or rollovers; getting caught or entangled in objects above or below the water; reacting to weather conditionsor increased exertion; suffering gastrointestinal or allergic reactions, or experiencing otherproblems. These circumstances may cause hypothermia, dehydration, heat exhaustion orstroke, drowning, heart or lung complications, broken bones, fractures or sprains, paralysis, concussion, cuts, abrasions or wounds, sunburn or other burns, mental or emotional trauma, or other injury, damage, death, or loss. The renter is fully capable of using the golf cart & agrees that it is solely the renter’s responsibility to:
1. Know how to use & operate the golf cart & obtain necessary instruction.
2. Assess the renter’s own skill level for any activity or use of the golf cart.
3. Determine & choose the location for using the golf cart & engaging in recreationalactivities within authorized areas.
4. Wear all safety gear required by law.
5. Obey all rules & policies, signage, traffic laws, rules of the road, or other local, state, orfederal laws as they pertain to the use of the golf cart.
The renter is voluntarily gaining access to the golf cart from A&J Home Concierge withknowledge of the risks & the renter’s responsibilities. Therefore, the renter assumes & acceptsfull responsibility for (a) inherent & other risks (both known & unknown) of recreational activities,including the use of the golf cart in conjunction with those activities, and (b) any injury, damage,death, or other loss suffered by the renter or others resulting from those risks &/or resulting fromthe renter’s negligence or other misconduct.
