    2. Rarely: The participant rarely exhibits the behavior or belief. There is some awareness, but it is not commonly practiced or believed.

    3. Sometimes: The participant sometimes exhibits the behavior or belief. This suggests occasional alignment but inconsistency.

    4. Often: The participant often exhibits the behavior or belief. This indicates a good level of alignment, with room for improvement.

    5. Very Often: The participant very often exhibits the behavior or belief, showing strong alignment and readiness.

    6. Always: The participant always exhibits the behavior or belief. This reflects exceptional alignment and mastery.

    Foundation Building Stage (15-30):

    Next Step: Book a Call - Schedule a consultation to discuss your goals and challenges. This will help you gain clarity and establish a foundational plan. Consider enrolling in a mini course to build confidence and skills.


    Growth Development Stage (31-45):

    Next Step: Join a Course - Participate in targeted courses or workshops that focus on enhancing goal alignment and developing specific skills. Engage with accountability partners or groups for support and motivation.


    Prepared for Coaching Stage (46-60):

    Next Step: Enroll in Group Coaching - Join a Leadership Roundtable group coaching session to benefit from shared experiences and collaborative learning. This will help you refine strategies and optimize your performance.


    Advanced Readiness Stage (61-75):
