CUPCAKE ORDER REQUEST

Heyyy! Thank you for showing an interest in ordering from us. We are aware that ordering a cupcakes can be quite a stressful experience so we're here to give you the best possible experience in ordering a cake!

in order to fully meet your vision of your cake, please provide as much information as possible. Before submitting this request, check that we have availabilty for collection on the day you want your cake. This is found in our "AVAILABILTY " highlights on our Instagram page, whilst you're there why not give us a follow!

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your booking and slot, this needs to be received within 24hrs of requesting. Failure to do so means you risk losing your order slot and your booking would NOT be confirmed and your slot open to other customers! The remaining balance is to be paid 7 days before collection, you will receive a friendly reminder of this alongside the collection details.

Enquiries are answered within 24hrs of receiving them (unless stated otherwise on our (Instagram) . Last minute orders are accepted but are subject to a late order fee dependant on how late the order is.

Picture Inspiration- this will help us visualise what you would like your cake to look like. If none is provided we will freestyle. Please note we do not copy other bakers work, but we will do our best to provide a similar cake with a MenniCakedIt twist!
