I hereby represent that I am the legal owner of the property, or the duly authorized representative of the property owner, located at the above address, which is within the Asheville Downtown Improvement District (ADID), City of Asheville, North Carolina.

I voluntarily request and authorize ADID and/or its designated contractors, agents, or representatives (“Designee”) to enter upon the exterior areas of said property for the purposes of:
- Conducting graffiti abatement
- Removing litter, trash, and debris from alcoves and publicly accessible exterior areas immediately surrounding the building
- Performing general exterior surface cleaning as deemed necessary and appropriate by ADID or its Designee.
Acknowledgements:

I understand that if the graffiti involves acid etching, an inspection by ADID or its Designee is required to assess the appropriate method of abatement.e option 1I understand and agree that the selection of cleaning methods, materials, and techniques used to perform the graffiti abatement and exterior cleaning services is solely within the discretion of ADID or its Designee, and that services will be limited to the specific areas affected by graffiti and/or accumulation of trash and debris.I understand that while ADID and its Designee will make reasonable efforts to match paint color during graffiti abatement, unless I provide the exact paint color and finish, variations in color, tone, or sheen may occur, and I accept this outcome.I understand that ADID staff are unable to perform graffiti removal on any surfaces that are more than ten (10) feet above ground level.
Release of Liability

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Asheville Downtown Improvement District, its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, Designees, and affiliates (collectively “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, liabilities, losses, obligations, or causes of action of any nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to:

Entry onto my property;
The performance of graffiti removal, trash removal, and exterior cleaning services;
Any incidental damage to property surfaces or materials;
Any visual or aesthetic outcomes resulting from said services; and
The use, reproduction, or distribution of photographs, digital images, or video recordings of the property taken during or after the cleaning.
This release shall be binding on me, my successors, assigns, heirs, and legal
Term of Authorization

This authorization shall remain in full force and effect unless and until revoked by me in writing, with such revocation to be delivered to ADID at its principal office.
