All products must be halal, ethically sourced, and aligned with Islamic values. You are responsible for timely packaging and shipping of all orders. 💵 2. Payments You will receive 90% of each sale. Souk Salaam retains a 10% platform commission per order. Payouts will be processed through Stripe or other supported platforms. 📦 3. Shipping You are responsible for entering accurate shipping weights and dimensions. Souk Salaam will generate shipping labels based on your entries. You must ship promptly and provide tracking when available. 📦 4. Product Quality & Returns Your items must match descriptions and arrive in good condition. You must clearly state your return/refund policy. Disputes may be reviewed by Souk Salaam for mediation. 🧕🏽 5. Vendor Conduct You must reply to customer messages within 48 hours. Unethical, offensive, or misleading content may result in removal. Vendors must uphold halal values and communicate professionally. ✅ 6. Account Approval & Termination All vendor applications are reviewed before approval. Souk Salaam reserves the right to remove any vendor at its discretion.
