  • 1. Vendor Responsibilities You are responsible for creating accurate product listings, including clear photos and descriptions. All products must be halal, ethically sourced, and aligned with Islamic values. You are responsible for timely packaging and shipping of all orders. 💵 2. Payments You will receive 90% of each sale. Souk Salaam retains a 10% platform commission per order. Payouts will be processed through Stripe or other supported platforms. 📦 3. Shipping You are responsible for entering accurate shipping weights and dimensions. Souk Salaam will generate shipping labels based on your entries. You must ship promptly and provide tracking when available. 📦 4. Product Quality & Returns Your items must match descriptions and arrive in good condition. You must clearly state your return/refund policy. Disputes may be reviewed by Souk Salaam for mediation. 🧕🏽 5. Vendor Conduct You must reply to customer messages within 48 hours. Unethical, offensive, or misleading content may result in removal. Vendors must uphold halal values and communicate professionally. ✅ 6. Account Approval & Termination All vendor applications are reviewed before approval. Souk Salaam reserves the right to remove any vendor at its discretion.
