2026 Kaukau 4 Keiki Site Application

Mahalo for your interest in serving as a Point of Distribution for this summer’s Kaukau 4 Keiki program, running from the weeks of Monday, June 15th through Friday, July 24th.

Since 2021, with the support of an incredible islandwide network and hundreds of dedicated community volunteers, we have provided fresh produce and food supplies to over 5,000 keiki each summer. Over the course of six weeks, these essential meal kits help families create healthy breakfasts and lunches during the summer break.

We are truly grateful for your willingness to partner with us! We’ll be sharing more details soon, including training opportunities for site preparation.
