    2025-2026 CONCERT REGISTRATION

  • Link Up: The Orchestra Moves (4th Graders)
    Link Up introduces students to the orchestra through an interactive curriculum and concert utilizing a recorder to make sound. This educational experience culminates in the students becoming part of and playing along with the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra at a live concert.  

    Cost: $7 per person (Teachers, Chaperones, and Students)

    Performance Dates

    (PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR DATES HAVE ALREADY BEEN ASSIGNED AND SCHOOLS CANNOT CHOOSE THEIR OWN DATES.)
    Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
    Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
    Friday, March 27, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. and  12:30 p.m. 

    Registration:

    All requests are processed in the order in which they are received, and you will get a confirmation e-mail within 4 weeks of signing up.

  • Education Program Policies

    • We do not issue tickets; your group will be seated as you arrive. Chaperones must arrive and enter the venue with their school group. If chaperones/teachers will drive separately, please send their names in advance.

    • We recommend 1 chaperone per 10 students.

    • Bus drivers must always stay with their bus, and buses must remain at the venue throughout the performance.

    • FOOD and WATER BOTTLES: Please leave all food and water bottles at the school or bus. 

    • Please request any additional seats in advance; we will not be able to accommodate extra students or chaperones on the day of the event.

    • In the event of inclement weather, we will contact you that morning if we have to cancel your performance. If the performance has not been canceled, please contact us if your school is closed or delayed. We will attempt to reschedule your group.

    Please send PO's to education@fwsymphony.org after you receive confirmation e-mail.Please Note: The final invoice will be based on the number of students and adults that attend the day of the concert. The education department will send a final invoice to all Accounts Payabale after the concert.
