ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I acknowledge that participating in group bicycle rides and related activities organized by Group Ride Vegas involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Traffic accidents
Terrain hazards (potholes, debris, loose gravel)
Weather conditions
Equipment failure
Actions of other participants or third parties
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in these activities.
WAIVER AND RELEASE
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any ride or event organized by Group Ride Vegas, I hereby:
Release and discharge Group Ride Vegas, its officers, ride leaders, members, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising from personal injury, property damage, or death that may occur during or in connection with my participation.
Agree not to sue Group Ride Vegas or its representatives for any of the claims described above.
Indemnify and hold harmless Group Ride Vegas from any claims made by others arising from my conduct during participation.
MEDICAL TREATMENT AND EMERGENCY CARE
I consent to receive emergency medical treatment as deemed necessary during participation. I assume responsibility for any medical expenses incurred.
SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE
I agree to:
Wear a properly functioning helmet at all times while riding.
Follow all traffic laws and club safety guidelines.
Refrain from reckless behavior or riding under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE
I grant Group Ride Vegas permission to use photos or video footage of me taken during rides/events for promotional purposes.
LEGAL CAPACITY
I am at least 18 years old and legally competent to sign this release. If under 18, my parent/guardian has signed below.
