Non-Smoking Policy Agreement
The Tenant acknowledges and agrees that the rental unit, including all interior areas, balconies, patios, common areas, and surrounding property grounds, is designated as a non-smoking environment. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco, cannabis, or similar products is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property unless specifically authorized in writing by the Landlord. The Tenant is responsible for ensuring that all occupants, guests, and visitors comply with this policy. Any violation of the non-smoking policy may be considered a substantial breach of the tenancy agreement and may result in charges for cleaning, deodorization, damage remediation, or other remedies available to the Landlord under applicable tenancy legislation.
