Private Lesson Instructor Consent & Agreement

Please read carefully before submitting — this is your agreement with VisionEliteInternational regarding your participation in the private lesson program.

By signing this agreement, I confirm that I fully understand and accept the responsibilities, rights, and terms outlined below.

1. INSTRUCTOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1.1 Deliver high-quality volleyball lessons:
  I will provide professional, structured, and personalized sessions aligned with each athlete’s skill level and development goals.
• 1.2 Maintain ethical conduct with athletes and parents:
  I will uphold respectful and ethical interactions with all athletes, parents, and staff, maintaining a safe and positive training environment at all times.
• 1.3 Communicate promptly and professionally:
  I will respond to all athlete, parent, and organizational communications in a timely manner (ideally within 24 hours).
• 1.4 Arrive on time and fully prepared:
  I agree to be punctual for all sessions, dressed appropriately, and equipped with the necessary training materials (e.g., balls, cones, whistles).
• 1.5 Maintain availability through Calendly:
  I understand that to maximize booking potential, I must update my availability on Calendly at least seven (7) days in advance of the upcoming week.

2. ORGANIZATION RESPONSIBILITIES

• 2.1 Booking and venue coordination:
  VisionEliteInternational will manage the booking system and secure venue access for private lessons.
• 2.2 Administrative and backend support:
  The organization will oversee website operations, booking tools (including Calendly), payroll processing, and backend logistics.
• 2.3 Communication support:
  Assistance will be provided in communicating with athletes, parents, or coaches when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
• 2.4 Promotional support:
  VisionEliteInternational may promote instructors across various platforms to support visibility and increase lesson bookings.

3. INSTRUCTOR RIGHTS

• The right to timely and accurate payment for completed private lessons.
• The right to backend support, including booking coordination, venue access, and administrative assistance.
• The right to clear communication and respectful treatment from staff, athletes, and parents.
• The right to request feedback and discuss rate increases after 3 months of active participation.

4. ORGANIZATION RIGHTS

• The right to suspend or remove instructors who do not meet standards of professionalism, communication, or coaching quality.
• The right to deny future participation in the program due to no-shows, repeated cancellations, or lack of availability.
• The right to revise terms, subscription policies, or compensation structures with 14 days’ notice.
• The right to address complaints or concerns from clients with appropriate follow-up actions.

5. COMPENSATION & SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

• 5.1 Monthly Subscription Fee:
  Instructors will be charged a monthly administrative fee of $34.99, which covers backend services, Calendly access, and operational support.
• 5.2 Refund Clause:
  If an instructor provides a minimum of ten (10) available time slots during the month—following the rule of maintaining availability at least seven (7) days in advance—and receives fewer than five (5) booked private lessons, 50% of the monthly subscription fee will be refunded.
• 5.3 Instructor Payment:
  Instructors will be compensated at a rate of $35/hour for each completed session. After three (3) months of consistent performance and positive feedback, this rate may be increased up to $50/hour.

6. EVALUATION & FINAL REFUND POLICY

If your application is not approved by the evaluation team, 100% of your paid subscription fee will be refunded.
