We provide customized travel planning for clients who value expertise, professionalism, and a stress-free experience from start to finish.

Research & Administrative Fee

• To begin the planning process, a $30 non-refundable Research & Administrative Fee is required.
• This fee is not applied to your trip and is paid directly to Smith’s Elite Travel.
• Covers up to 3 package quotes for one destination
• Additional destinations require selecting the upgraded option on the inquiry form
• Ensures we work with committed clients and dedicate our time to delivering exceptional service

We handle every detail so you can focus on the excitement of your upcoming vacation:

• Personalized travel research and custom vacation packages
• Hotel, resort, cruise, flight, and rental car reservations
• Business and leisure travel planning
• Alerts, updates, and communication via email or text
• Guidance on required travel documents (passports, visas, etc.)
• Assistance with changes or alternate arrangements before or during travel
• Once your quote is presented, we will revise, adjust, or enhance your package to ensure it fits your needs perfectly.

How to Get Started

• Complete the travel inquiry form.
• Submit the $30 research fee.
• We will contact you through your preferred communication method to review your trip details.

Before You Book

• Pricing is not guaranteed until your deposit is submitted.
• Quotes are delivered within 48 hours of receiving your inquiry and fee.
• All payment methods are accepted except checks.
• A secure credit card authorization form will be emailed for all trip payments.
• If you decide not to proceed after receiving your quote, please notify us.

After You Book

• All travelers must sign the travel insurance acknowledgment form prior to submitting a deposit.
• Travel insurance is non-refundable and added to the initial deposit.
• If you have a roommate, both deposits must be submitted before the reservation is processed.
• Once the deposit is received, your official reservation itinerary will be emailed to you.

I will do my very best to search for the most value for your price point, but I ask your expectations to be realistic to match your budget

• Your booking fee covers one destination/ booking inquiry. If you decide that you want to change the destination that requires additional fee.
• After giving you the quote from your booking inquiry, you have 48 hours to get back to me to let me know if you want to book. If I have not heard from you then I take that as you decided not to book at this time.
