With endless options, hidden fine print, and constantly changing travel requirements, planning a vacation can become overwhelming fast. Your time is valuable so let us handle the details.

We provide custom travel planning for clients who value expertise, professionalism, and a stress-free experience from start to finish.

                                         Travel Planning Fee
To begin the planning process, a $30 per room Non-Refundable Travel Planning Fee  is required. Submit payment at the end of form.

This fee is paid directly to Smith’s Elite Travel and helps us provide you with a high-touch, concierge-level planning experience.

• Up to 3 customized quote options for one destination
• Expert guidance and ongoing support
• Quote revisions to help you select the best fit
  📌 Additional destination research is available for an additional $10 (select the upgraded option below).

This fee ensures we dedicate our time to clients who are ready to move forward and allows us to deliver exceptional service.

• Customized vacation research and curated travel options
• Hotel, resort, cruise, flights, and rental car planning
• Vacation packages for family, couples, groups, and celebrations
• Updates and communication via email or text
• Travel document guidance (passport, visas, destination requirements)
• Support with changes or alternate arrangements before or during travel

✨ Once your quote is delivered, we will revise and enhance your package to match your needs and preferences.

• Submit your $30 per room Travel Planning Fee 
• We will contact you using your preferred method to confirm your trip details

                                               Before You Book
Please note the following:

• Pricing is not guaranteed until your deposit is submitted
• Quotes are delivered within 48 business hours after your inquiry and planning fee are received
• All major payment methods are accepted (checks are not accepted)
• A secure credit card authorization form will be provided for payments (when applicable)
• If you decide not to proceed after receiving your quote, please notify us 

                                              After You Book

• All travelers must sign a travel insurance acknowledgment prior to submitting a deposit
• Travel insurance is non-refundable and may be added to the initial deposit (when selected)
• If traveling with a roommate, both deposits must be paid before the reservation is processed
• Once your deposit is received, your official itinerary will be emailed to you
  
  

I will do my very best to search for the most value for your price point, but I ask your expectations to be realistic to match your budget

Quotes are subject to change until the time of booking. Please keep in mind, as you review/discuss/research other options; airfare may increase, rooms and cabins maybe otherwise reserved.

We suggest planning your trip well in advance to take advantage of flexible payment plans.

 

Additional Information

• Your Travel Planning Fee covers one destination and one quote request
• If you decide you’d like to change destinations after quotes are provided, an additional planning fee will apply
• After your quotes are delivered, please respond within 48 hours to confirm whether you’d like to move forward with booking
• If we do not hear back within that time frame, we will assume you’ve decided not to proceed at this time.
