Little Wanderers Fall reg 2025

Welcome to Fall 2025 Little Wanderer's Registration!

Please make sure to read carefully through each area when filling it out.

We have three locations for our little wanderers this semester with Miss Kristine:

Wednesday's, at Bartley Ranch, 10:30-11:30 for (2-3 yrs.)

Thursday's, at Callhan, 10:00-11:00 (2-3 Yrs.)

Friday's, at Crystal Lake Park, 10:30-11:30 (family hybrid 18m-5 years)

By applying for your child's spot in the Little Wanderers program, you are agreeing to participate in your child's class. Participation means sitting with your child, engaging in conversation and music, and encouraging your child to learn through hands-on activities, etc. Parents, grandparents, baby sitters, and or other relatives are allowed to participate with caregiver permission if the caregiver isnt't available. We love having them attend!
- Our program runs September 1st-November 14th for Little Wanderers
- Total of 11 one-hour classes
- Community events/Field Trips will be determined based on availability for this age group*
- $200 for semester covers cost of all materials and supplies
- Sibling Discount rate 20%, 30% and so forth. *Discount taken when you are at the bottom of the form

Family Hybrid Class – Fridays

Our Friday class this semester will be a Family Hybrid Style, specially designed to accommodate families with children of mixed ages.

Who is this class for?
This class is ideal for families who have:
- A child eligible for Little Wanderers (ages 2–3)
- One or more siblings age 5 or younger who will be attending with them.
- Please be sure to register each child individually so we can prepare the correct amount of supplies and materials for the class.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE MULTIPLE KIDS TO PARTICIPATE ON FRIDAYS and WOULD LOVE FAMILIES EVEN WITH JUST ONE LITTLE ONE TO JOIN!

Special Requirements for Wednesday at Bartley Ranch

If you are registering for a Wednesday class at Bartley Ranch and have an older child (over age 3), please note the following:
- Each child must be registered individually.
- Any child over age 3 must be registered as a mentor and must agree to take on that role.
- If your older child does not want to be a mentor but will still be attending with you, we kindly ask that you register for the Friday Family Class instead.
- Bartley Ranch has strict group size limits we must adhere to in order to continue using the space. Please inform the teacher if you plan to bring anyone extra to class with you.

Beautiful Roots Education LLC may desire to use a photo of your child captured during activities and group time. These photos may be used for promotional purposes including press releases, brochures, flyers, web postings, and social media advertising.

You acknowledge that only Beautiful Roots Education LLC is authorized to use the image(s).

Liability and Waiver:

I understand and acknowledge that Beautiful Roots Education LLC is an outdoor-based program where children may participate in nature walks, climbing, hiking, and other activities involving natural terrain and materials, including but not limited to rocks, fallen branches, logs, and tree stumps.

While Beautiful Roots Education takes great care in ensuring a safe environment—including CPR and First Aid training for its staff—there remains an inherent risk of minor injuries, such as trips, falls, or scrapes, due to the natural outdoor setting.

We are committed to offering age-appropriate and safe outdoor experiences for all families.

In addition, participants at locations such as, but not limited to, Caughlin Ranch, Callihan Park, and Rancho San Rafael Park, may encounter natural or man-made bodies of water, including streams, rivers, ponds, and creeks.

While Beautiful Roots Education staff will make every reasonable effort to ensure the safety of all participants, it is ultimately the caregiver's responsibility to supervise their child near water at all times.

By participating in this program, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with outdoor activities and agree to hold Beautiful Roots Education LLC, its owners, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, or demands arising from any injury or incident.

I waive my right to pursue legal action against the organization in the event of injury or accident and accept full responsibility for my child’s safety and well-being.
