    If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. To respect our staff and other clients, please arrive on time for your appointment. We permit a 15-minute grace period for unforeseen circumstances. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you’ll be charged a $15 late fee. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, you’ll forfeit your appointment and be charged a last-minute cancellation fee equaling 50% of the total cost of your service. If there is refusal to pay the late fee your service will be automatically cancelled & you will be charged a $20 rebooking fee.
