Please register for the retreat by filling the form below, add the name, email, age and church home for each individual. Choose your Lodging. Please note that Hotel rooms are multi-occupancy. There are no single occupancy rooms except for designated special needs that have already been predetermined. Hotel spots are limited and are first-come, first-serve. Hotel rooms are not reserved if payment is not received within 3 business days. If no payment received, your registration will default back to Bunk House. If you do not see the option for hotel in the drop down, this means hotel rooms are sold out. Bunk House space is unlimited. If you leave Lodging blank you will be defaulted to Bunk House. **This form can be used to register for yourself, multiple individuals or an entire church group.**

Payment is required to reserve your spot. Hotel and RV spaces are limited. If registering for a group, payment is still required within 3 business days to reserve hotel rooms. Both credit card and EFT (electronic check) are available. Please include any applicable charges for electronic payment to avoid charging the church/retreat for these fees. EFT has the lower fee.
