Please list the adults who have your permission to collect your child from EHRS. If a person who is not listed attempts to collect your child, we will not permit them to leave the premises. If your child is to return home alone, a written and signed letter from the parent/guardian must be provided in advance.

We can only take children who are currently in reception. If your child will be in reception next year please contact our nursery Nagila who may be able to help.

I agree to my child attending Scheme and taking part in all activities organised on the premises at Edgware & Hendon Reform Synagogue, 118 Stonegrove, Edgware, Middlesex, HA8 8AB, and possibly park outings and day trips if organised for this scheme.

I am aware that photos and video of my child may be taken and used for EHRS publicity, Social Media and the website.

I, or an adult I have given prior permission to will sign my child out each day.

I agree to my child being given first aid treatment by qualified staff on or off the premises, and where necessary to be taken to hospital in an emergency. If I am not contactable I agree to my child being given hospital treatment without me being present.

We will have Calpol, Nurofen and Piriton on site to administer in case of emergency. We will attempt to contact you prior to administration if possible.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations that come in two weeks prior to camps or scheme starting will be issued a full refund or option for credits for future schemes and camps. Refunds are subject to a £10 admin fee for refunds under £500 or £20 admin fee if over £500. This is to cover our banking and staffing costs.

No refunds will be given for cancellations within two weeks of camp unless the participant has an injury, illness and can provide a note from their doctor, as well as providing a signed statement from the parent or legal guardian confirming that this note is genuine and based upon the opinion of a medical professional. (If you are able to satisfy these two requirements then a full refund will be issued or acceptance of credits for future schemes or camps).

If a cancellation is initiated by EHRS/Government restrictions due to Covid-19 will result in a full refund or choice of credits for future camp or schemes. To discuss further email youth@ehrs.uk.

Community Needs Fund
EHRS strives to ensure that no member is excluded from any activity for financial reasons. As such we have a Community Needs fund that can assist those with needs.

If you would like your child(ren) to attend and need assistance from the fund please reach out (in strict confidence) to the youth worker (youth@ehrs.uk), community care practicioner or any of the rabinnic team.
