Nina’s Haven Resident Agreement Acknowledgment
By signing below, I confirm that I understand and agree to the following rules and expectations while residing at Nina’s Haven:

Housing Policies

• Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payments made after the 5th will result in a $15 late fee.

• Nonpayment of rent may result in immediate discharge from the program.

• A laundry fee is required. Laundry access is available once per week per resident.

• Overnight guests are not permitted under any circumstances.

Cleanliness & Conduct

• I am responsible for cleaning up after myself in shared and private spaces. Failure to do so will result in a warning. Continued noncompliance for five (5) business days may lead to discharge.

• I agree to respect all residents, staff, and property. Aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

• Room inspections may occur regularly to ensure cleanliness and safety. Advance notice will be given unless it is an emergency.

• I am responsible for my personal belongings. Nina’s Haven is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Safety & Security

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. It is only allowed in the designated smoking area located in the backyard.

• The use or possession of drugs or alcohol on the property is not allowed and may result in immediate discharge.

Program Structure

• I may be expected to participate in support services, goal-planning sessions, or community meetings as part of my personal development and success in the program.

Accountability

• I understand that violating any of these rules may result in consequences, including possible dismissal from the program.
Security Notice: I acknowledge that security cameras are installed in common areas throughout the home for the safety and protection of all residents. I understand these cameras do not record inside bedrooms or bathrooms and that by signing this agreement, I consent to video monitoring in shared spaces.
