Duchy Health Charity are working to highlight the importance of health and wellbeing in the workplace across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

We are aiming to share best practices and inspirational success stories by recognising achievements through our special awards and we are very excited to introduce an incredible opportunity for local organisations, both large and small, to participate in our Awards programme.

This is your chance to showcase the outstanding initiatives that are happening to promote employee health and wellbeing.

If you would like to apply for an Award, please complete the application below to provide our Panel with all the information they need on how, why and what you do to support the health and wellbeing of your staff.
