By agreeing electronically, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, fully understand, and voluntarily accept all terms outlined below as part of the registration process for Fit Fest on June 6, 2026, in Chautauqua County, New York.

This waiver applies to all registered participants taking part in any and all events and activities associated with Fit Fest, including but not limited to fitness classes, competitions, demonstrations, and vendor engagements.

By participating in Fit Fest, you agree that Be More Fitness LLC, the Village of Bemus, the Bemus Pt Golf Club & Tap House, and any and all volunteers, staff, organizers, sponsors, and individuals associated with Fit Fest shall be released from any and all liability for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from your participation in any portion of the event.

This includes, but is not limited to, liability for negligence and any claims for personal injury, property damage, illness, or wrongful death.

By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these terms and waive your right to bring legal action against any of the above-named parties.
