Business Story Request Form

Your business story is a professional 500-word article that tells customers who you are, what you do, and why they love you. It will be featured on your LiveLocalWeekly.com landing page and optimized for Google search.

The Process (Two Short In-Person Meetings):

1. MEETIING 1 (15-20 minutes): We meet to understand your business and what makes you special. This helps us find the right angle for your story.
2. Between meetings: We research and prepare targeted questions based on what we learned.
3. MEETING 2 (30-45 minutes): We capture your full story with specific questions—the details and customer experiences that make your business unique.
4. You approve: We write your professional article and send it to you for approval before it goes live.

Please note: Both meetings will be recorded (audio only) to ensure we capture all the details accurately for your article. Recordings are used solely for creating your business story and are not shared.

Important Information:

Timeline: It takes a minimum of three weeks (after Meeting 2) to complete each story for publication, so please plan accordingly.

Revisions: Your story includes one round of revisions to ensure it meets your expectations. We want you to love your story before it goes live.

Before Your First Meeting: One of our content specialists will contact you via your preferred method to confirm your appointment.

Story Fee: A $200 business story fee (plus applicable tax) will be charged to your LiveLocalWeekly.com account once you approve the final article.

Cancellation Policy:

MEETING 1: No charge to cancel or reschedule—just let us know.
MEETING 2: If you need to reschedule, please do so with at least three days' notice, at no charge. Cancellations with less than three days' notice or no-show appointments will incur a $40 service charge.
