  • Service Details

  • Extra fees may apply due to pet hair, stains, or odors. Pets during the cleaning. Two Trees Cleaning does not handle pet waste or litter.
     

  • Pets and Pet Related Cleaning

  • I understand that if I have pets on the property, I am required to inform Two Trees Cleaning in advance and that additional fees may apply due to pet-related cleaning needs.


    I agree to secure all pets (e.g., crated, leashed, or confined in a separate room) during the scheduled cleaning service.


    Two Trees Cleaning is not responsible for pets escaping, injury to pets, or pets interfering with the service.


    Additional fees may apply due to:

    • Pet hair or fur removal
    • Odors or stains caused by pets
    • Extra vacuuming or sanitizing needed

    Two Trees Cleaning does not handle pet waste, litter boxes, or biohazard cleanup under any circumstance.

  • First Time Cleaning

  • Your First Clean will be a thorough, detailed cleaning aimed at bringing your home up to its best possible condition.

    While we focus on the fine details during this clean, it’s important to note that no home becomes perfect in just one visit—especially if it hasn’t been professionally cleaned in a while.

    Recurring cleanings are the best way to ensure your home stays consistently clean and improves over time. Each visit allows us to maintain and build on the quality achieved during the First Time Clean, ensuring that your space looks its best with every service.

    The recommended service to maintain a home free of dust is every two weeks. Depending on usage, some homes may be able to stay clean with a cleaning every three weeks. Monthly cleanings are only recommended for homes with light traffic and no pets.

    Your Input Matters:
To make sure we’re delivering the best possible service, we encourage you to share any specific preferences or details about your home with us after your first clean.

    Whether it’s feedback on your cleaner’s style, special areas of focus, or things to watch out for, we’ll update your notes so that future visits are seamless. Your feedback helps us improve and tailor the service exactly to your liking.

  • Service Scope and Accuracy of Information

    I understand that my quote is based on the assumption that the home reflects a standard lived-in condition and is not in an extreme or neglected state (e.g., hoarding, excessive buildup, or biohazardous conditions). 


    If the actual condition of the property is significantly more cluttered, soiled, or labor-intensive than described, Two Trees Cleaning reserves the right to adjust the service price.

    I acknowledge that any additional services requested during or after arrival (such as inside appliances, windows, walls, etc.) will be outlined and billed separately and only provided with my approval.

    I understand that if the cleaning is completed more quickly than expected or the home is found to be in better condition than anticipated, this does not warrant a reduction in price. Quotes are based on the type of service requested and not solely on hours worked.


     

  • Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Lockouts

  • I agree to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any cleaning appointment. If I cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice — or if Two Trees Cleaning arrives and cannot access the property (due to lockouts, incorrect codes, etc.) — I understand that I will be charged 50% of the estimated service total as a cancellation fee. If Two Trees Cleaning must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, I will be contacted promptly and offered the next available appointment. 

  • Move In/Out Cleaning Requirements

    The Home Must Be Empty:
For our cleaners to do their best work, the home must be completely empty, with no one inside moving or packing. All cupboards, the fridge, and storage spaces should be cleared, and no garbage should remain. If movers are present or belongings remain, our team will leave, and a same-day cancellation fee of $79 will apply.

    The Home Must Have Running Water and Electricity. Failure to provide either will result in a cancellation fee of $79.

    Please note, our cleaners do not remove garbage or clean fridges with items inside.Two Trees Cleaning is not responsible for cleaning metal vertical blinds.

    Horizontal blinds will be given a LIGHT dusting. If blinds are heavily soiled, we bill at $50 per set if you wish to have them deep cleaned.


    No refunds or price reductions will be provided due to restricted access caused by unprepared spaces.

  • Payments and Fees

  • I understand that payment is due immediately upon completion of service, unless prior arrangements are made. Accepted payment methods include credit card or ACH transfer. 

  • Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If I am unsatisfied with any part of the service, I agree to notify Two Trees Cleaning within 24 hours of the appointment. The company will return to re-clean any missed areas within reason and at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued unless an opportunity is given to resolve the concern.

  • Liability and Limitations

  • I understand that Two Trees Cleaning is insured and takes every reasonable precaution during service. However, the company is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage
    • Unsecured fixtures (e.g., shelves, curtain rods, artwork)
    • Mold, pest infestations, or hazardous materials not disclosed in advance

    I agree to remove valuables, fragile items, and heirlooms prior to service to prevent accidental damage.

  • Right to Refuse Service

  • Two Trees Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or stop service at any time if:

    • The environment is unsafe
    • There is verbal abuse or harassment
    • The home is unsanitary beyond the company’s service scope (e.g., hoarding, biohazards, pest infestations)

    In such cases, no refund will be provided.

  • Non-Solicitation of Staff

  • I agree not to directly solicit, hire, or offer employment or side work to any Two Trees Cleaning employee, contractor, or cleaner for a period of 12 months after service.

  • Photography & Documentation

  • I understand that Two Trees Cleaning may take before-and-after photos for internal documentation and quality control.

    By checking the box, I consent to the company using these images for marketing and social media, provided that:

    • No identifying features (e.g., personal photos, family members, addresses) are visible
    • Photos focus on the cleaned space only
