  • Under 16 Policy
    Members under 16 are not permitted to compete in any arm-wrestling competitions hosted by Power House. Safety is our priority.

    All membership donations are due 1st July every year - this helps us budget for the year, toward events, club house rent, catering, new equipment, coaching and roof repairs.
