ATTD-ASIA Innovation Award Submission Form

Welcome to the ATTD-ASIA Innovation in T2D Care Award Submission Form
This award recognizes healthcare professionals, researchers, and digital health innovators who have made outstanding contributions to improving clinical practice in type 2 diabetes, with a strong emphasis on patient-centered interventions that lead to measurable outcomes. The selected awardee will receive a €10,000 professional development grant, a travel grant to attend ATTD-ASIA, and the opportunity to present their work on stage.

Please complete the form below and upload the required documents before the submission deadline in late August. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted in mid-September, and the winner will be announced and celebrated during ATTD-ASIA in December.
