Please enter the details of the lead contact for your private hire vehicle. Please ensure that the lead contact brings ID with them to the festival, and that the details provided below reflect those shown on their ID.
Important things to note before completing this form:

This form should be completed by anyone planning to arrive or depart from Lost Village using a privately hired coach (any vehicle which has 8 seats and above).
- In order to bring your Private Hire Vehicle to site, you'll be required to provide arrival and departure information, and the details of a lead contact. If any of these details change after submitting the form, please contact ayrton@lostvillagefestival.com
- All individuals travelling in the noted Private Hire Vehicle MUST hold a valid Lost Village ticket.
- The festival postcode is LN6 9HN. Please follow the road signage – the yellow & black event signs – to 'Lost Village' from all directions. Passengers cannot be dropped-off or picked-up at any other location besides the designated Coach Park/Pick-up & Drop-off.
- Closer to the event, you'll receive important arrival information and accreditation for the vehicle so please keep an eye out for this in your inbox.
