Project Description: Hospital:The hospital portion of theMUSC Health – Indian Land Medical Center project will consist of a 153,912 SFfacility including a basement, 2-story podium, 2-story bed tower as well asexterior support spaces located around the loading dock area as well as on theroof. The hospital will include the following programs: emergency department,labor & delivery, an O.R. suite including the associated pre and postoperation support spaces, and two levels of patient rooms. MOB:The Medical Office Building(MOB) portion of the MUSC Health – Indian Land Medical Center project willconsist of a 63,561 SF facility inclusive of a linear accelerator, radiationoncology, infusion, primary care as well as other critical services.
