I, the customer, agree with the following statements:
Participants & Setup: Events allow up to 25 participants at one time. Foam parties are outdoor only, and require a level surface such as grass, sand, concrete, or pavement. Setup requires a water hose connection and a power outlet within 50 feet (unless a generator is provided).
Foam Safety & Cleanup: Our foam is hypoallergenic, biodegradable, and safe for pools. Foam dissolves in 15–20 minutes. Optional post-event rinsing of grass is the client’s responsibility. Foam may temporarily flatten grass but will not damage it.
Weather Policy: Foam parties may proceed in light rain. Heavy rain or unsafe conditions may result in cancellation by Big Day Rentals. If we cancel due to weather, you may reschedule or request a refund.
Payment & Refunds: Full payment is required to book. Do not send payment before receiving an invoice. No refunds for client cancellations or no-shows. Rescheduling due to illness may be considered with 24+ hours notice, subject to availability. No reschedules or refunds for other reasons.
Safety Rules: No wrestling, pushing, or aggressive play in the foam area. Violation will result in shutdown of the foam and cancellation without refund.
Liability: All participants assume risk. Big Day Rentals is not liable for injury or damage during or after the event. Adult supervision is required.
I understand that the 2-hour foam party fee is $450 CAD, tax inclusive.
