    2025 Glitter Girls Pageant
  • Please DO NOT complete an application UNLESS you plan on paying at least a $30 deposit! Applications that do not accompany a deposit/entry fee will be discarded.

    The Emcee will read directly from this application while the contestant is on stage.

    Saturday – December 6
    Start Time: 2PM (Exact Time for each Breakdown will be posted closer to pageant date. Based off participation)

    BREAKDOWN ONE:
    Baby Miss: 0-18mth
    Toddler Miss: 19mth-35mth
    Tiny Miss: 3-4

    BREAKDOWN TWO:
    Petite Miss: 5-6
    Little Miss: 7-9 
    Junior Miss 10-12

    BREAKDOWN THREE:
    Teen Miss: 13-15
    Miss: 16-22
    Ms.: 23 and Up

    Competition:
    Please Note – We are NOT considered full glitz or full natural. We fall in the middle of the two!
    Beauty/Formal Attire/Pageant Dress/Evening Gown:
    Pageant/Formal dresses/Formal Attire are encouraged. Hair & makeup are allowed however they should ENHANCE girl’s beauty and not be distracting. For contestants ages 0-4 an adult may walk them on stage if they choose to. Judged will be looking for poise, presentation, confidence, overall appearance and beauty.

    FREE Side Optionals:
    ~ Best Dressed
    ~ Best Hair
    ~ Best Smile
    ~ Most Photogenic
    Each optional will be awarded to one winner in each division. The winner of each optional will have NO basis on who is crowned the winner. One Photogenic picture is included; however, you can submit additional photos for $5 ea. DO NOT MAIL PHOTOS – Bring to checkin on pageant day. Photos can be whatever you think showcases their most photogenic side. Sizes 5x7 or 8x10 work best.

    COVER MODEL CONTEST!
    $20 and you are able to submit up to 3 photos to be judged for the Cover Model Contest. 3 Winners (One per Breakdown) will win a crown, sash and Giant Poster to be presented on stage during the pageant. Finalist Awards may also be presented based on participation.

    ALL PHOTOS AND $20 FEE MUST BE SENT IN BY November 25th.

    **THE FOLLOWING ARE OPTIONAL COMPETITIONS THAT HELP TO FUND THE COST OF THE PAGEANT, OUR other SCHOLARSHIP pageant FUNDS/TRAVEL AND OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD CHARITY. They are also another great way to ensure that your contestant is crowned on stage. Since these are optional it is possible to DOUBLE CROWN (Win your division and Win a Princess Title)

    OPTIONAL MISS Glitter Girl PRINCESS:
    ~ Collect $1.00 votes and turn them in at check in on pageant day. Votes can be collected from family, friends and local businesses. Each $1 = 1 vote.
    ~ Collect at least $100.00 in votes and receive a beautiful round crown & Mini Princess Sash to be presented on stage during the crowning ceremony. 
    ~If you collect at least $150 in votes and turn them in by November 25th and also receive a 4 Foot Trophy along with your crown and sash to be presented on stage during the crowning ceremony!
    ~ The Top 2 girls who collect the MOST votes in the entire pageant will receive the official LARGEST crown (20"), Sash and 4' foot trophy to be presented on stage.

    AWARDS:
    One queen will be chosen from each division and we will award 2 or more alternates depending on number of contestants per division.
    Division Queens will receive:
    14" BIG CROWN & Custom Banner & Gift
    MINI SUPREMES (3 per breakdown. 2nd, 3rd, 4th overall highest scores)
    will receive a HUGE Crown, Banner and Gift
    GRAND SUPREME QUEENS (1 per breakdown. Girl with the highest score overall in breakdown) will receive a 20" BIG Crown, Banner and gift
    (There is an additional fee for Supremes if you would like to participate for a chance at a higher title. This is not required and can be paid at the door.)

    Other Awards:
    *Alternates will receive an award*
    *Optional Winners will receive an award*
    All contestants will leave with at least a 6" Crown and fun prize bag or gift, and judges feedback and score cards.

    Other Important Pageant Info:
    • Tickets are $10 each DO NOT MAIL TICKET MONEY. Kids 15 & under are free.
    • Visiting Queens are free & may be recognized on stage.
    • Early Bird Deadline: November 25th. FINAL DEADLINE: December 1st.
    • Hair and Makeup Vendors – TBA. Check the event page on facebook for more info.
    • All contestants will receive a pageant information packet that will have a “what the judges” see instructions sheet & helpful info. This will be emailed out to you A WEEK BEFORE THE PAGEANT so please make sure you include the email address you want this to go to on your application.
    • SCORES & COMMENTS FROM THE JUDGES ARE GIVEN AFTER THE PAGEANT CONCLUDES.

    To add on Supremes there will be a separate fee that is due at the door or can be paid in advance. These are extra titles for a chance at a higher title/ and to crown more winners. 4 will be crowned in each breakdown and receive a crown, sash and gift. The cost to enter Supremes is $50.

    • Sibling/Parent Discount - Enter one at full entry fee and each additional sibling/parent can enter for $20 off.

  • CONSENT TO THE RULES:

    I agree that the judge’s decisions are final and any show of poor sportsmanship will result in disqualification of the contestant without a refund of fees from the pageant related event and cause to be banned from future pageants and pageant related events. No refunds will be given unless the pageant is canceled or rescheduled. I agree to abide by the rule that the return check fee is $50.00. I agree that the Director, members, volunteers, city officials and facility owners are not responsible for any accident, injury or theft that occurs during, to, from and during the pageant. I agree that by submitting this application via form/email/fax/etc. constitutes as my consent to these rules and regulations.
