We're looking for passionate and experienced Epique agents who want to develop their coaching skills and help shape the future of coaching within our brokerage. Before we start the application process, please know that if you do not have previous coaching experience, you can still apply. Rob will work with you directly to help you create your coaching curriculum, logo, branding, and help you launch your coaching career, NO COACHING EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!

In addition to your coaching product(s), all Power Coaches will have "freemium" video content featured in the Power Academy. This content will show agents some examples of what your coaching is like, and will link to your website to offer agents the opportunity to invest in your coaching. The "freemium" content can be as long or short as you like, but generally 15-30 minutes of educational content is recommended. Even if you've never recorded anything before, don't worry! Rob will work with you on developing your free lesson and will guide you every step of the way.
- If your income producing product (what you're selling) contains, or will contain, video content or courses, that is great. If you have only community/live events/live bootcamp, etc., and no video courses, that's OK too! YOU are in control of your offer.
- If you already have existing curriculum, content, coaching products etc., we will import everything for you.
- You also need to work on a logo and branding guidelines. Rob will walk you through this as well after you're approved as a Power Coach.

FEES

Power Coach Set Up Fee: $1,497
- Covers building your custom branded coaching platform, website, payment processing integration, custom checkout pages, 1-1 onboarding and training with Rob, Power Coach jacket, and more!
Power Coach Monthly Fee: $399 base, with optional $149 per month premium add on for custom coaching mobile app. App can be added at any time.
- Covers maintaining your coaching platform, content featured in the Power Academy, promotions on Epique weekly meetings, calls, and newsletters, training with Rob, and more.
You must be ready and willing to pay the fees immediately upon acceptance. This does not mean you're paying anything now, only if you're accepted later, after your interview.
