As leaders, women are still struggling to get to the very top. Only 14% of CEO's in large organizations are held by women, and women make up 24% of Colorado company boards- which has risen over the past decade - but we want we want to se this number grow.
The CWCC is working to change these statistics And we need more dynamic leaders like you.
Join the 2025-26 CWCC Women's Mentorship Program that is designed to help leaders in senior director-level to Vice President type who are aspiring to advance into a C-Suite or Executive Leadership position in their next step(s) in their career.
