I, the customer, agree with the following statements:
Rental & Supervision Terms: I understand that rental durations are between 1 and 4 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
I agree to provide a responsible adult (18+) to supervise the bouncy castle at all times during the rental.
I acknowledge that the maximum number of children allowed at once is 8, with a combined total weight not exceeding 800 lbs.
I understand the minimum participant age is 2 years old, and that teens or adults are not permitted on the unit unless otherwise approved.
I will ensure there is no wrestling, flips, somersaults, or roughhousing in or near the inflatable.
I agree that no food, drinks, gum, shoes, pets, or sharp objects are allowed inside or near the inflatable.
I understand that climbing or hanging on the sides, mesh, or roof of the unit is prohibited.
I accept that violating these rules may result in immediate shutdown with no refund.
I acknowledge that Big Day Rentals may cancel or reschedule my booking due to weather for safety reasons.
I agree that full payment is required to book, and I will not send payment until I receive an official invoice.
I understand there are no refunds for client cancellations or no-shows.
I acknowledge that rescheduling due to illness is only considered with 24 hours’ notice, and is subject to availability.
I agree that no refunds or reschedules are provided for any other reason.
Liability Waiver: By participating in any Big Day Rentals activity, I acknowledge and accept all inherent risks and take full responsibility for the safety of all participants. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Big Day Rentals from any claims of injury, damage, or loss. I accept responsibility for any equipment damage or loss during the rental period and understand that failure to follow safety guidelines or supervision requirements may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
I understand that the fee to rent the bouncy castle is $250 CAD, inclusive of tax. I will not send this payment until an invoice is received.
