1. Initial Diagnostic
The cost of a full diagnostic starts at $50 USD. This amount may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and the type of diagnostic required.
In certain cases, to issue an accurate diagnostic, it may be necessary to disassemble vehicle components, such as the dashboard, fuse box, doors, or other systems, and use computerized diagnostic tools. Any price adjustment will be communicated to the customer before proceeding.
2. Immediate Repairs and Diagnostic Fee Waiver
If the detected issue can be resolved on the spot and the customer authorizes the repair, the diagnostic fee will be waived (certain conditions apply), and the customer will only be charged the final total for the repair performed.
*This waiver only applies if the repair can be completed immediately and does not require special parts or external processes.*
3. Repairs Requiring Special Order Parts
If the diagnosis determines that specific parts must be ordered, or if the repair cannot be completed immediately, the following payment structure will apply:
- 50% of the total estimate (labor + parts) must be paid upfront to proceed with the part order and schedule the repair.
- The remaining 50% must be paid when the vehicle is picked up after the repair is completed.
4. Additional Findings During Repair
During the repair process, if additional damage is found that was not detectable during the initial diagnosis, the customer will be notified before any additional work is performed. The estimate will only be adjusted with the customer's prior approval.
Consent for Use of Images and Video for Marketing Purposes*
By using our services, you grant permission to GP CARSCUSTOM LLC to take photographs and/or record videos during the provision of those services. These images and recordings may be used for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to publication on social media, the company website, advertising materials, or other digital and print media. If you wish to opt out of this consent, please notify us in writing prior to the start of the service.
