Thank you for your interest in joining the Alpine Ayurveda Retreat held in the high alps of Switzerland in late October this year. This is a carefully curated experience for women ready to reconnect with nature, nourish themselves deeply, and live unapologetically. Please take a few moments to share where you’re at and what you’re seeking. And please remember there are multiple right answers and no wrong ones - this application form is simply to ensure that what Alpine Ayurveda offers will be supportive and beneficial for you.
