All probationary teachers, AND any teachers rated "needing support" or "developing" on their most recent end of year teacher evaluation must complete an Individualized Development Plan.

An Individual Development Plan (IDP) is a tool to assist employees in career and personal development. Its primary purpose is to help employees reach short and long-term career goals, as well as improve current job performance.

Using the Danielson Framework for Teaching, select 2 components (ie: 1f, 3c) to improve upon for the 2025-2026 school year and submit the information below for approval of your goals.

Critical Attributes for Success*
Look at the critical attributes in the effective and highly effective ratings in the Danielson Framework for Teaching for the component you selected. List the critical attributes you will strive to reach as evidence of successful completion of this goal.
Evidence*
After you have selected the critical attributes you will reach for success, please describe what evidence you will submit as proof of success for each critical attribute.
