• Food Vendor – Pavilion Area ($200) (Food vendors only)
• Food Vendor – Near Pavilion ($150) (Food vendors only)
• Food Vendor – Green Area ($100) (Food vendors only)
• Food Truck ($300) - Area designated by the city 
• Craft Vendor ($100) -Green area
• Business Vendor ($100)- Green Area
• Nonprofit $30-Green Area

Late Registration Fee (after July 20TH, 2025): $65

Festival Rules & Guidelines

English:

I will provide my own chairs, tablecloth, garbage cans, trash bags,  utensils, tent, and tables

 Parking and Pavilion Space:

Each pavilion vendor space includes one parking spot (approximately the size of one parking space). Vendors needing more than one spot must pay for additional spaces accordingly. Vendors are not allowed to park their vehicles in the pavilion or near the pavilion during the event. All vehicles must be removed from the pavilion area by 9:00 AM after setup is complete to ensure a clear space for the festival. No vehicles will be permitted in the pavilion area after 9:00 AM. An additional $100 fee will be charged to any vendor who does not comply with these parking rules.

• I will dispose of waste and cooking oils responsibly.
• I will label food containing allergens (e.g., peanuts, dairy, seafood).
• I will wear gloves and follow the Tennessee Department of Health food safety guidelines.
• I will bring a fire extinguisher (food vendors only).
• I will collect and pay sales tax to the Tennessee Department of Revenue.
• I will arrive for setup by 9:00 AM.
• I will remain at my booth from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM (no early departures).
• I understand children of vendors are not allowed to play in the pavilion area.
• I am responsible for cleaning my booth area after the event.
• I will NOT sell drinks; only HOLA Lakeway is allowed to sell beverages. If caught selling drinks, I agree to pay a $100 penalty. 
• I understand there are no refunds or cancellations.
• I will only advertise at my own booth.
• I understand HOLA Lakeway, the Farmers Market, and Downtown Green are not responsible for loss, damage, or accidents.
